Full Day Snowshoe Hike

6-8 Hours | Beginner - Intermediate | 1-8 People

 

Your guide will meet you at your chosen start time (8 am recommended) at the agreed upon location, usually the trail head. Your guide will have all the snowshoes and trekking poles for your group. After making sure everyone's gear is fitting properly you will be off! Along the way your guide will share with you some of the fascinating natural history of Rocky Mountain National Park. Lunch, snacks and hot drinks are included on this hike!

Required Gear:

• Warm waterproof boots

• Insulated winter jacket or hard shell jacket and insulated "puffy" jacket 

• Water resistant hiking pants

• Thermal base layers

• Water resistant insulated gloves

• Beanie

• Small Backpack

• Water

Note: The entry fee to Rocky Mountain National Park is not included in the tour cost. Each vehicle must purchase a $25 day pass or purchase/posses a National Parks Annual Pass ($80).
