Day Trip Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made at least 7 days prior to the tour date will be refunded in full minus a $50 cancellation fee. Reservations may be rescheduled once, free of charge, if rescheduled more that 7 days prior to the original tour date. Any additional reschedules will be subject to a $50 reschedule fee. Reservations canceled within 7 days of the tour date are non-refundable.

Weather Cancellation Policy: Unexpected weather is always a risk in mountain activities and we ask our clients to share that risk with us. Due to the significant advanced preparation and organization made on the clients behalf, no credits or refunds will be issued for weather related client initiated cancellations outside of our standard cancelation policy. If Sojourner Mountain Guides (SMG) determines the forecasted weather presents an unacceptable safety risk then we will offer a weather appropriate substitute program or options to reschedule. SMG recognizes that organizing alternate options is difficult on short notice, therefore if a rescheduled day or suitable alternative cannot be found SMG will offer a 50% refund only for programs cancelled by SMG for weather safety concerns.
